Membership Advisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with club members
• Generate new business and network within the community
• Tour prospective members and guests through CAC facilities
• Serve as a resource to other departments regarding club services and concerns
• Utilize company CRM and Member Database to manage leads and accounts

Requirements

• Clear communication and phone presentation skills
• Passion for sales with a driven, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn and navigate CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to fifteen pounds
• Willingness to work onsite at Chicago or Evanston locations
