Member Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for member enquiries via Salesforce, phone, and email
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new advisors and agencies, including system set-ups and education
• Coordinate and deliver community experiences such as monthly inductions, network support days, and supplier events
• Draft and distribute network communications via Workvivo and email
• Maintain knowledge articles and operational documentation to drive engagement

Requirements

• Experience in B2B or B2C customer service, account management, or membership services
• Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving ability with a solutions-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Passion for the travel industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GDS systems
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-based case management
• Previous experience working within the travel industry
• Experience working across multiple brands or business units
