Member Support Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide around the clock support to help businesses succeed
• Solve banking challenges such as unfamiliar transactions and missing payments
• Identify patterns and highlight areas for process improvement
• Manage customer queries and concerns across social media platforms
• Mentor new team members and assist with back office tasks
• Monitor social media posts for accuracy

Requirements

• Proficiency in Telugu (reading and speaking)
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• 1-4 years of experience in customer support
• Experience in the finance industry
• Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics
• Proficiency with Kustomer, Zendesk, GSuite, and Jira
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Strong organizational and computer skills
