Responsibilities
- Provide around the clock support to help businesses succeed
- Solve banking challenges such as unfamiliar transactions, missing payments, and direct debits
- Identify patterns and highlight areas for process improvement
- Manage customer queries and concerns across social media platforms
- Mentor new team members and assist with back office tasks
- Juggle priorities to ensure high-quality support experiences
Requirements
- Proficiency in Bengali (reading and speaking)
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- 1-4 years of experience in customer support
- Experience in the finance industry
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics
- Ability to use Kustomer, Zendesk, GSuite, and Jira
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
