Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to members via email, phone, and in-app messages to encourage deeper engagement
• Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback on product functionality and usability
• Analyze feedback and engagement data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
• Develop and implement member engagement and retention campaigns
• Define and track key member-experience metrics such as retention rate and satisfaction scores
• Serve as an internal advocate for the "voice of the member" in product discussions
• Design and maintain feedback loops including surveys and focus groups

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or member engagement
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or membership-based businesses preferred
• BS or BA from a leading university
• Strong communication skills with empathy and rapport-building abilities
• Analytical mindset comfortable with qualitative and quantitative data
• Experience with feedback collection and member journey mapping
