Responsibilities

• Engage with Saltbox Members to help problem solve and provide logistical support
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Monitor delivery dock and welcome delivery trucks
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Track and document shipment arrival and departure times
• Ensure the building is fully operational across warehouse, kitchen, and office spaces

Requirements

• Personable, approachable, and strong ability to collaborate with peers
• High attention to detail for extracting merchandise and following specific tasks
• Physical strength and stamina to move objects and operate machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Retail or warehouse experience
