About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist members with account enquiries and account maintenance
- Open and close accounts
- Support internet banking and mobile app services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with loan applications and documentation
- Promote appropriate First Credit Union products and services
- Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and online
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience or relevant life experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Proactive and positive attitude
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, lending, insurance, or customer service
