Member Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account enquiries, account maintenance, and transactions
• Open and close accounts and support internet banking and mobile app services
• Process loan applications and documentation accurately
• Promote appropriate credit union products and services
• Respond to member enquiries in person, by phone, and online
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Proactive and positive attitude
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or relevant life experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, lending, insurance, or customer service
