Member Services Staff

Responsibilities

• Grant access to Campus Recreation facilities, including the Campus Recreation Center and Fitness Center.
• Sell memberships, day passes, programs, packages, and Pro Shop items.
• Answer questions from members and guests regarding facilities, memberships, and programs via the service desk or phone.
• Process payments for memberships, programs, and retail items.
• Enroll participants in various programs and issue equipment rentals such as towels and basketballs.
• Enforce Campus Recreation policies to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Currently enrolled as a student in a secondary school or post-secondary institution.
• Must be enrolled at least part-time (one or more credit hours).
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
