About the role
Responsibilities
- Interpret TRR codes and perform necessary actions to correct and resubmit
- Manage LIS status processing to ensure compliance with CMS guidance
- Assist with enrollment procedures related to agents and manage their processing and reporting
- Act as the primary contact for State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIPS) offices to assist beneficiaries
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Patient/Beneficiary services experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Medicare Part D experience
