Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service and maintain high satisfaction scores
• Acquire new members and deepen existing relationships through proactive sales
• Identify opportunities to improve members' financial health
• Meet established goals for product penetration and monthly sales performance
• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently in-branch and by phone
• Resolve member issues by applying strong product and procedural knowledge
• Mitigate risk by following all policies, procedures, and sound judgment
• Complete daily branch operations and correct account or transaction errors
• Support branch needs, including Saturday shifts and opening/closing duties

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
