Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between members and the Credit Union, providing information regarding accounts and services
• Perform routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Open and maintain accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Conduct interviews for loan applicants and process applications, analyzing credit history and background information
• Cross-sell various credit union products and services to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist members with electronic services and promote features such as online banking
• Balance cash drawers and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze member needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and technology
• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding service and teamwork
