About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide industry-leading customer service via phone, chat, and email regarding banking, investment, and credit card products
- Resolve member inquiries and troubleshoot issues to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Document all customer correspondence accurately in internal systems
- Educate members on financial tools and features using consultative techniques
- Manage customer expectations regarding timelines and resolutions
- Proactively share product insights and feedback with management
Requirements
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and nights
- Ability to attend onsite training in Cottonwood Heights for up to 6 weeks
- Must pass a FINRA fingerprint background check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
