Responsibilities

• Cross‑sell loan, deposit, and electronic banking products to meet member needs
• Achieve monthly goals for ancillary loan product penetration and sales performance
• Interview applicants, collect required information, and ensure loan documents meet policy standards
• Guide members by recommending products and services that best fit their financial goals
• Process loan approvals, secure collateral liens, and close loans accurately
• Open new accounts including checking, savings, certificates, IRAs, and money markets
• Perform teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Resolve member inquiries by researching issues and delivering timely solutions
• Support branch operations including audits, night drop processing, and opening/closing duties

Requirements

• Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two–year College or technical school
• Or six months related experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Service‑oriented and self‑motivated
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively
