Member Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through accurate and professional face-to-face interactions
• Perform basic monetary transactions, new member account creation, and account maintenance
• Discover and meet member needs by achieving monthly sales standards for various products and services
• Comply with credit union policies, procedures, and financial regulations including BSA and CFPB
• Maintain high levels of accuracy when handling physical money and processing transactions

Requirements

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• 6+ months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and web-based transactional systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of sales experience
• Ability to use 10-key by touch
