Member Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through accurate face-to-face interactions, including monetary transactions and account maintenance
• Identify and meet member needs by offering products such as deposit and lending products, credit cards, and business banking
• Achieve monthly sales standard goals to drive member satisfaction and retention
• Comply with credit union policies, safety standards, and financial regulations including BSA and CFPB

Requirements

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• 6+ months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and web-based transactional systems
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of sales experience
• Ability to use 10-Key by touch
