Member Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality member service through professional face-to-face interactions
• Execute accurate monetary transactions, new account creations, and account maintenance
• Identify and meet member needs by offering relevant products such as lending, credit cards, and investments
• Achieve monthly sales standard goals through proactive product cross-selling and upselling
• Comply with all credit union policies, safety standards, and financial regulations including BSA and CFPB

Requirements

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• 6+ months of customer service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and web-based transactional systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling physical currency

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of direct sales experience
• Ability to use 10-Key by touch
