About the role
Responsibilities
- Process high volume teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Assist members with account inquiries, maintenance, and problem resolution
- Identify member needs and align them with credit union products and services to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of retail or customer service experience
- 6+ months of experience in a sales-oriented role
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous financial institution experience
- Fluency in Spanish
- Associate degree or higher
