Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home Renewal Consultations to assess home health and build maintenance plans
• Walk homes with members to identify maintenance opportunities and answer questions
• Recommend future projects and help members choose appropriate membership tiers
• Capture photos, document recommendations, and build scopes of work
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful follow-up visits

Requirements

• Consultative approach to helping people make thoughtful decisions
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners in their personal space
• Basic understanding of home maintenance and prioritization of projects
• High level of organization for documenting notes, photos, and scopes of work
• Strong attention to detail to identify maintenance or safety concerns
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and willingness to drive throughout the SF Bay Area
