About the Company

Responsibilities

• Push the boundaries of world models beyond current diffusion and transformer approaches through new architectures and training paradigms
• Take ideas from hypothesis through experiment to working prototype
• Design and run experiments, distributed training, and inference systems
• Work across research and engineering to ship results into models used by real users
• Contribute to the lab's scientific culture through publishing and tool building

Requirements

• Deeply technical track record in generative modeling, video, multimodal learning, or large-scale ML systems
• Experience originating research that moved the field or shipping systems at scale
• Ability to work from first principles to define problems and design experiments
• Proficiency in bridging the gap between research and product
• Ability to thrive in small, focused, and ambiguous environments
