Responsibilities

• Design the technical approach to teaching agents how to understand and handle complex proteomic data
• Map out end-to-end data analysis workflows from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions
• Lead a team of software engineers and biologists building datasets to teach agents to reason across various proteomics domains including NGS, LC/MS, and spatial proteomics

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with genomics or genetics data
• Experience in drug mechanism of action studies using population genomics
• Prior contribution to a novel genomics method, tool, or published pipeline
• Proficiency in Python and/or R
