Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own distributed systems and core platform infrastructure end-to-end
• Develop user-facing product surfaces and UX for Design Arena and related products
• Build distributed systems that power real-time product experiences and large-scale data flows
• Create evaluation pipelines that turn pairwise preferences into reliable model signals
• Develop model and agent orchestration systems for complex, multi-step workflows
• Maintain core platform infrastructure for deploying new product categories and reusable abstractions
• Ensure production systems are fast, reliable, and observable under real-world load

Requirements

• Strong production engineering experience (full-stack, backend-heavy, or frontend-heavy)
• Experience building or operating distributed systems at scale
• Ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end and ship reliably
• Proficiency with technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Swift, Android/Kotlin, AWS, or Google Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time or data-intensive systems
• Experience or strong familiarity with AI systems, agentic workflows, model development, or evaluation
