Responsibilities

• Own complex technical problems end-to-end from discovery to production
• Tackle challenges such as AI-powered customer support, procurement forecasting, and real-time trading optimization
• Build and scale data infrastructure to support a rapidly growing customer base
• Help shape engineering culture, tooling, and processes
• Use AI tools as force multipliers to solve high-leverage problems

Requirements

• Proven track record of building real products, infrastructure, or research
• Deep technical expertise in areas such as systems engineering, data, ML, infrastructure, or security
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments
• Strong desire to work in-person in Berlin Mitte
• Ownership mindset with a focus on craftsmanship and deep problem-solving
