Member of Technical Staff, Model Training

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end training pipeline for models powering Parallel's search stack and AI agents
• Develop rankers, classifiers, and query models to surface high-quality information
• Build models that enable agents to plan, reason, and execute complex tasks over web data
• Create the path from real product usage to high-quality training data
• Fine-tune and rigorously evaluate models to ensure safe deployment to millions of users

Requirements

• Deep intuition regarding modern models and training methodologies
• Expertise in transformer fine-tuning and data curation
• Strong understanding of label quality and evaluation craft
• Knowledge of ranking, retrieval, and how they inform agent behavior
