About the Company

We are building a frontier AI research company and training our own models end-to-end, with a team including researchers and engineers from Anthropic, Google DeepMind, xAI, OpenAI, Microsoft, Apple, and MIT.

Responsibilities

• Own the compute and cloud foundation that frontier AI research runs on
• Design sandboxing and secure execution environments for agents and untrusted code
• Operate Kubernetes and multi-cluster compute platforms including CPU and GPU clusters
• Build platform capabilities for training and inference workloads
• Develop state management systems for long-running agents to handle checkpointing and recovery
• Build the networking layer across clouds, clusters, and hosts, including routing and load balancing

Requirements

• Experience building infrastructure for large-scale experiments
• Expertise in Kubernetes and multi-cluster compute management
• Understanding of resource and scheduling demands for AI training and inference workloads
• Proficiency in networking, routing, and load balancing across distributed systems
