Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable systems to support Grok's AI-driven media experiences
• Architect robust infrastructure for real-time multi-modal interactions
• Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines for multi-modal data
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, AI researchers, and product teams
• Own full-cycle development from design to deployment and monitoring
• Deliver production-ready code powering features for hundreds of millions of users

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or Rust
• Experience designing systems for consumer-facing products
• Hands-on expertise in large-scale data infrastructure and pipelines
• Proven ability to deliver production-grade solutions to millions of users
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Deep enthusiasm for AI and media technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time systems, inference serving, or multi-modal data processing
• Familiarity with distributed systems, containerization, or observability tools
• Background in AI-driven consumer products or media generation
• Track record collaborating across engineering, research, and product teams
