Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that run the business, including lead qualification and customer service
• Orchestrate workflows involving document retrieval, carrier API calls, and compliance checks
• Ship voice AI systems for real-time customer interaction
• Build compounding systems where every decision and outcome feeds back to sharpen the AI

Requirements

• 1–4 years of software engineering experience
• Full-stack proficiency (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
• Proven experience shipping AI systems to production
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
• Experience using AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco with high intensity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with voice or real-time systems
• Experience with RAG or workflow automation
• Prior startup experience
