Member of Technical Staff

Responsibilities

• Build backend systems for real-time optimization and forecasting
• Develop frontend interfaces for battery operators and industrial customers
• Build infrastructure to scale across thousands of battery systems
• Engage directly with customers to solve problems end-to-end

Requirements

• Experience in a full-stack engineering role building production applications
• Frontend skills with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Backend experience with Python and mixed integer optimizations
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Fluency in German

• Strong math and optimization skills
• Ability to thrive in early-stage, high-ownership environments
• Product-minded approach to engineering
