Crosby is the first AI-native law firm, helping ambitious companies sign commercial contracts faster. We build proprietary tools and human-in-the-loop workflows that change what's possible for corporate legal teams. We work together, in person, in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the core frontend of the Crosby platform using modern frameworks like React, Vite, and TanStack
• Design and implement intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for complex, data-intensive legal workflows
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on user-facing features in collaboration with product and legal teams
• Establish a maintainable frontend codebase, including a component library and design system
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and implement APIs for a seamless user experience
• Mentor engineers and assist in recruiting world-class talent

Requirements

• 6+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte)
• Experience building interfaces for complex, AI-powered applications or agentic systems
• Strong design sense and experience with modern design tools like Figma
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
• Familiarity with Python and backend stacks
• Strong ownership and collaborative communication skills
