Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive-scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them, rethinking every layer of the stack to accelerate the deployment of frontier compute.
Responsibilities
- Build core primitives end to end, including entity ownership, audit, authorization, and orchestration
- Own the domain model, turning power, datacenters, and chips into composable entities
- Define interactions with outside vendor systems and ingest formats like KMZ, BIM, and Revit
- Make AI agents first-class operators of systems by providing tools, guardrails, and audit trails
Requirements
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure from mess
- Rapid learning capability in unfamiliar domains
- Strong taste in abstraction and domain modeling
- Experience turning unstructured data into usable formats
- Fluency with AI tooling including LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
- Proven track record of shipping production code
Preferred Qualifications
- Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) work, specifically extraction and synthesis
- Experience with workflow engines like Temporal, Cadence, or Airflow
- Knowledge of geospatial (KMZ/GIS) or BIM (Revit, IFC) formats
- Experience with authorization engines (OPA, Zanzibar-style, RBAC/ABAC)
- Experience with audit or event-sourcing systems
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and Postgres
