Member of Technical Staff, Fleet Reliability

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and engineer solutions for emergent technical issues within the global customer fleet.
• Architect and develop innovative software and AI-driven tools to diagnose, predict, and protect system health.
• Design next-generation analytics to monitor fleet behavior and anticipate potential problems proactively.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across the company to resolve complex product issues.
• Represent Pure Storage in technical interactions with customers to support high-value deals.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to worldwide customer outages and maintain high uptime.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant professional work experience.
• SRE experience working with large-scale production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity for solving complex puzzles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and communicate findings in simple terms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, C++, or Linux environments.
