Member of Technical Staff, Fleet Reliability

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and engineer solutions for emergent issues within the global customer fleet.
• Architect innovative software and AI solutions to analyze and predict the health of distributed systems.
• Develop services and AI tools for real-time predictive analysis and proactive system protection.
• Design next-generation analytics to monitor fleet health and anticipate potential problems.
• Represent customers by presenting complex product issues and developing solutions with engineering peers.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to worldwide customer outages and maintain high uptime.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• SRE experience working with large-scale production environments.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Go, Java, Python, C++, or Linux.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform complex system analysis.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and describe findings in simple, clear terms.
• Natural curiosity and obsessive attention to detail.
