Responsibilities

• Own major features end-to-end, from architecture decisions through production release
• Build reliable, performant systems across core workflows using Python/Django, React, and AWS
• Ship AI-powered functionality to turn legal complexity into usable software

Requirements

• 3+ years building reliable, secure software in production
• Full-stack experience across frontend and backend
• Proficiency in Python and React

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Django, AWS, or OpenAI APIs
• Prior work at an early-stage startup
• Familiarity with legal tech or document processing workflows
