Member of Technical Staff - Enterprise Platform

Responsibilities

• Evolve platform primitives for enterprise agents including governance, auditability, observability, permissions, routing, and control planes
• Build secure integration gateways between customer agents, SaaS tools, internal systems, and APIs
• Design multi-tenant abstractions for isolation, configuration, extensibility, and deployment flexibility
• Transform enterprise onboarding into a repeatable product experience
• Work directly with customers to identify infrastructure failures in real deployments
• Integrate security, compliance, and reliability as first-class product capabilities

Requirements

• Experience in core platform engineering building systems where abstractions are the product
• Deep understanding of multi-tenancy, isolation, auth, routing, and observability
• Ability to ship reliable systems in fast-changing product environments
• Strong enterprise judgment regarding deployment flexibility, security, and compliance
• Experience building with language models
• Strong opinions on agents, MCP, and tool use
• Ability to write clear design docs and explain complex infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience with TypeScript, Go, or similar systems languages
• Experience building enterprise developer platforms within large organizations
• Depth in security, compliance, or deployment models
• Background in starting companies or building large-scale side projects
