Responsibilities

• Design and ship core agentic systems covering planning, tool use, memory, and long-horizon task execution
• Partner with customers to understand finance workflows and improve product offerings
• Build evals, datasets, and post-training pipelines to ensure model reliability
• Shape architecture, hiring standards, and engineering culture as an early engineer

Requirements

• Experience architecting and building scalable systems
• Experience with agentic products or infrastructure and complex multi-step systems
• Deep experience with API design, service communication patterns, and database optimization
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ownership of production service lifecycles
• Iterative mindset focused on rapid prototyping and shipping
