Responsibilities

• Embed with staff at engineering firms alongside the founders to observe workflows
• Own problems end-to-end from discovery to deployment and debugging
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on engineering culture and technical direction
• Build and deploy core platform layers including data connectors, document intelligence, and structured knowledge stores

Requirements

• Deep curiosity for workflows, organizations, and markets
• Strong communication skills to build trust with non-technical users
• Ability to distill noisy user feedback into clear product opinions
• Experience or interest in LLMs, Agent Frameworks, RAG, browser automation, or doc parsing
• Willingness to travel to engineering firms
• Hands-on approach to all tasks, from web scraping to building software plugins
