About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ship features, integrations, and solutions in the codebase to address customer requirements
  • Build and maintain integrations connecting to customer systems via APIs, data pipelines, and internal tools
  • Debug and resolve complex issues across AI agents, customer environments, and third-party systems
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth transitions from POC to production
  • Collaborate with core engineering to surface product gaps and ship improvements upstream
  • Develop deep technical expertise on the platform to serve as a trusted resource for customers

  • Strong engineering background with ability to build, debug, and deploy production systems
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with un-scoped customer problems
  • Clear communication skills for both technical teams and customer stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset focused on outcomes rather than just deliverables
  • Ability to maintain context across multiple customers and codebases
