About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own CI reliability end-to-end, including triaging failures and distinguishing regressions from flaky tests
  • Build regression-based CI using automated baseline comparison and metrics pipelines
  • Harden runner infrastructure through ephemeral runners and container isolation
  • Reduce CI cycle times by optimizing evaluation suites and workflow orchestration
  • Improve developer experience with faster feedback and clearer failure messages

Requirements

  • 3+ years operating CI/CD at scale (GitHub Actions, Buildkite, Jenkins, or GitLab CI)
  • Deep knowledge of Linux, Docker, and GPU computing
  • Experience with self-hosted runner management
  • Proficiency in Bash and Python
  • Security mindset regarding CI supply chain risks and runner hardening
  • Experience with NVIDIA GPU drivers, CUDA, NCCL, and InfiniBand/RDMA
  • Familiarity with ML inference workloads such as model loading and quantization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI for large open-source projects with 100+ contributors
  • Experience with AMD ROCm or Intel XPU CI pipelines
