Member of Technical Staff - C/C++, Networking

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-reliability storage features for high-performance systems, ensuring exceptional customer experience and meeting demanding business SLAs.
• Innovate and solve complex systems challenges in areas such as distributed systems, operating system internals, kernel integration, and large-scale data management.
• Contribute to platform expansion and cloud integration, developing features that extend FlashArray's value into the public cloud.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure features maintain the platform's core tenets of simple management and non-disruptive upgrades.

Requirements

• 4+ years of expertise in systems programming with languages such as C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
• Deep experience in one or more related systems software domains: Distributed Systems, Operating Systems, Linux Kernel, Database Internals, Hypervisors, Containers, or Compiler Optimization.
• Proven design sensibility and a history of effective collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
• A strong analytical mindset and a persistent approach to solving challenging, ambiguous technical problems with high-quality, maintainable code.
• Ability to work onsite from the Bengaluru, India office.
