Member of Technical Staff

Responsibilities

• Design and build production systems across the full stack including infrastructure, backend services, APIs, and user-facing applications
• Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and GPU compute
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and developer tooling
• Develop backend services and data pipelines using Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go
• Design and maintain relational database schemas
• Debug and resolve production issues across distributed systems
• Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong generalist mindset across infrastructure, backend, and frontend
• Deep experience with at least two of: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or C++
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong fundamentals in system design, data modeling, and API architecture
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Evidence of high ownership in shipping and maintaining systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, simulation, or physical AI
• Background in self-driving vehicles, drones, defense systems, or robotics platforms
• Experience with game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity), rendering pipelines, or 3D tooling
• Exposure to computer vision, synthetic data pipelines, or ML/AI training workflows
• Experience with GPU compute workloads and real-time rendering infrastructure
