Attention Engineering is building a sovereign product designed to bridge the gap between advanced AI workflows and mainstream usage. Our team is small, talent-dense, and well-funded, composed of individuals with backgrounds from top quantitative trading firms and international Olympiads.
Responsibilities
Depending on your specific expertise, you will own large, critical parts of the system, including:
- AI Runtime & Agent Orchestration: managing context, tool use, VLMs, model selection, and production output quality.
- Search & Retrieval: building embedding pipelines, ranking/retrieval architecture, and vector systems.
- Applied ML: focusing on evals and model quality.
- Backend Systems: architecting workflows using PostgreSQL, Redis, Pub/Sub, and FastAPI.
- Infrastructure: managing cloud platforms and reliability using GCP, Terraform, and Docker.
