Member of Technical Staff (Applied AI)

Responsibilities

• Build and ship autonomous AI agents that process orders, generate quotes, and make inventory decisions without human intervention
• Integrate with messy enterprise systems including ERPs, CRMs, inboxes, and phone systems
• Write high-performance backend services for inventory optimization algorithms and complex pricing logic

Requirements

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Python (FastAPI), and PostgreSQL
• Deep familiarity with LLM research, agents, tool calling, and robustness
• Extensive experience productizing LLM usage
• Systems-minded approach to building software for real-world business operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with C# for working with legacy enterprise SDKs
