Member of Technical Staff (Analytics Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that conduct end-to-end data science analyses, from hypothesis formation to recommendation drafting
• Develop the semantic layer and retrieval infrastructure to make the data warehouse AI-readable
• Automate the data lifecycle through self-healing pipelines and automated dbt model generation
• Ship AI-powered experiment analysis tools to interpret A/B test results for product teams

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in data science, analytics engineering, or a related role
• Deep SQL expertise and experience building/maintaining data pipelines with dbt
• Proficiency in Python for building and shipping production-ready tools and services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake administration and optimization
• Background in building AI agent frameworks or RAG systems
• Experience in early-stage startup environments
