About the Company

Mirendil is a tech-first company focused on solving core bottlenecks that unlock step-change acceleration across science and technology. We are building a frontier AI research company and training our own models end-to-end, with a team including researchers and engineers from Anthropic, Google DeepMind, xAI, OpenAI, Microsoft, Apple, and MIT.

Responsibilities

• Build AI that improves AI by developing models, agents, and pipelines to automate the ML lifecycle, including data curation, training optimization, and deployment.
• Run end-to-end experiments by forming hypotheses, designing experiments, and building large-scale infrastructure.
• Optimize training and inference systems to improve throughput, memory, and cost across distributed environments.
• Develop evaluation and observability tools, including benchmarks and automated monitoring to surface model regressions and emergent behaviors.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of ML at both the application and system levels
• Experience building AI-driven systems for training, evaluation, or deployment
• Ability to design and run large-scale experiments
