Responsibilities

• Increase awareness of Metaview among exceptional technical talent and engineers
• Identify and engage with key technical communities, student organizations, and startup ecosystems
• Organize and host events such as dinners, hackathons, engineering meetups, and founder-engineer gatherings
• Manage sponsorships for university and technical events
• Build meaningful relationships with students, founders, engineers, and operators
• Launch and manage programs like university ambassador initiatives
• Partner with product leadership and recruiting to turn Metaview into a talent magnet

Requirements

• Proven ability to create momentum and build community
• Experience leading student organizations, running conferences, or building communities
• Background in startup founding, recruiting, partnerships, or operations is highly valued
• Strong ability to manage event logistics and community outreach
