Member of Product Staff

Responsibilities

• Lead a product area by defining success metrics, building measurement frameworks, and prioritizing product problems aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop AI-native strategies, including evaluation and data strategies, to enable rapid iteration and measurable quality improvements.
• Produce strategic product visions supported by directional design artifacts and prototypes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, drive progress against milestones, and resolve blockers.
• Leverage AI tools to increase personal and team velocity through faster synthesis and tighter iteration loops.
• Design experiments and partner with Data Science to interpret results and turn insights into concrete product decisions.
• Communicate product strategy and progress with extreme clarity to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 2 years in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional product teams to craft vision, strategy, and requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large-scale, complex data sets to make effective, data-driven decisions.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to build products, prototypes, or other tangible artifacts.
• Demonstrated experience in developing AI-native strategies, including evals and data strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable efficiency or quality gains.
• Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, such as bias mitigation and risk assessment.
• Ongoing development in AI skills, including prompt engineering or agent orchestration.
