Responsibilities

• Own complex commercial problems end-to-end, from scoping to execution
• Tackle diverse challenges including recruiting, legal infrastructure, customer support design, and partner management
• Help shape company operations and processes as the venture scales
• Adapt to shifting priorities and scopes as the business evolves

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment (e.g., high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, or professional sports)
• German fluency (C1+)
• Ability to learn new domains extremely quickly
• High level of grit, ambition, and ownership
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in banking, legal, or related commercial fields
• Experience working in relentless, high-pace environments
