Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with new customers
• Develop deep product, market, and customer understanding
• Optimize and own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to maximum satisfaction
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements
• Travel to customer sites and trade fairs

Requirements

• Experience executing and improving processes in fast-paced environments
• Basic understanding of software engineering best practices
• Interest or experience in energy markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
• Native German and fluent English
• Ability to thrive in early-stage ambiguity and high-ownership environments
