Member Loyalty Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and provide quality service in-store and in the community
• Process transactions accurately while following company policies and protecting member information
• Conduct outreach at local businesses, community events, and partner locations to educate potential members and generate leads
• Assist with applications and promote Oportun’s financial products and services
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment and perform light housekeeping duties
• Use computers and iPads for administrative tasks and member servicing

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality experience
• Outgoing, sales-focused personality with a passion for helping people
• Availability to work weekends and flexible rotating schedules
• Reliable attendance and ability to work outdoors year-round
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment
