Member Loyalty Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with warm greetings and provide quality service
• Process transactions while following company policies and protecting member information
• Exceed daily lending and servicing goals working independently or as a team
• Conduct outreach at Oportun locations, partner sites, and community events to educate potential members
• Build relationships with local businesses and engage people at retail locations to drive applications
• Support community marketing events and distribute educational materials
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a presentable store environment
• Use computers for administrative tasks and member servicing
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Outgoing, sales-focused personality with a passion for helping people
• Experience in customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality
• Availability to work weekends and flexibility with rotating schedules
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
• Willingness to work outdoors year-round for outreach activities
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate phones, scanners, and iPads
• Ability to organize and file paper documents
